We had such a great time with our OSCATOWN Kids!!
We played the snowball game, snowman bowling and the classic English kids' game 'Pass the Parcel'
All the kids seemed to enjoy our party and we had some wonderful comments from parents
Thank you everyone for coming and I am looking forward to a fantastic 2014 !!

FLY HIGH !

On Sunday November 24th we, in collaboration with the children's fashion label 'Emma de Choeur' and the Kure boutique 'Cinq', are holding a kids' fashion show and kids' English craft workshop.
The fashion show will be held 2 times at 13:00 and 13:30, followed by a chance to view samples of the new collection, try it on and place orders.
While mums and dads check out the clothes I will be doing a recycle workshop with the kids, making a Christmas card using 'Emma de Coeur's' leftover scraps of material from previous seasons.
We are really looking forward to it, so for anyone with kids please come along!!

Great new book collection for OSCATOWN KIDS

I have just received my first set of Oxford Readers for kids aged 3-8. Really hope my kids will enjoy them. There are more coming, so soon I will have a nice collection to add to my library. 
Since we moved into our new place I have been able to have a display of books, and I love that my kids are taking them off the shelves and trying to read them. 
Come along and read my new books!!

Happy Birthday Present!

We had a wonderful date in Hiroshima today in the lovely sunshine and Kaori bought me a Cajon kit, so I can make my own cajon!! 
I hope I can find time to do it soon.

OSCATOWN's new building...

Today we had our last meeting with the lovely people at Brillo Casa, at our new building. It is still on schedule to be finished at the end of August...and today they were putting the skylights into the roof in the Pilatestown studio. They look really nice and will let loads of light in through the roof.
I can't wait until the building is finished...but before it is I will be adding my own little touches here and there...

Woo hoo. The OSCATOWN bags I had printed have arrived!! 
They are A4 size and are perfect for kids text books and a pencil case...and bright red!!
